Description
The Senior Logistic Analyst (Ashore) should have experience in and knowledge in stock control operation; financial management in the Navy; ashore aviation support programs and policies, I-Level maintenance operations, development of aviation supply policies and procedures, and NWCF policies and concepts; automated aviation supply/maintenance management; commonly used supply system query programs, shipment channels, development of aviation supply policies and procedures; AVCAL/COSAL Outfitting Support; F-35 logistics and supply system support; Plan to Perform (P2P)/End to End (E2E) briefing support; and standard supply processes. The proposed individual should have a broad knowledge of the following Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
The Senior Logistic Analyst provides services in connection with Stock Control operation; Provide guidance in aviation supply/logistic management for ashore activities; provide analysis and measurement of supply effectiveness of ASD; collect, review, monitor and analyze data received from ashore aviation units; conduct training, assessment and inspection. Proficiency in Stock Control functions, ERP, ASD operation, NALCOMIS, AIS, RSUPPLY, NAVSUP OneTouch, FIMARS, and NAVAIR processes.
The Senior Logistic Analyst provides services in connection with aviation supply outfitting support, initiate and review configuration management and outfitting directives, develop AVCAL and SHORCAL product listings, review IMRL listing for accuracy. Proficiency in AVCAL, SHORCAL, AECL SASS, NALCOMIS, R-SUPPLY, ERP, FLEXCAL, ATFLIR, NAVSUP OneTouch, familiarity with WSPD.
The Senior Logistic Analyst provides services in all Ashore and Afloat Financial Operations in current and future Financial Management Information Systems. Proficiency in Unmatched Disbursements (UMD), Common Interface (CIF), Negative Unliquidated Obligations (NULO), Unliquidated Liquidations (ULO).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in logistics or a business discipline or at least 20 years of logistic experience
in the US military as long as the related experience will contribute to the successful
performance of the PWS and/or mission.

Salary Description
$80k to $88k with a comprehensive benefit package
