Description

Mora Consultants LLC seeks a senior Training Program Management SME to serve as the primary conduit between MESG ONE N7 and Echelon V/VI Training Officers. This Key Personnel position requires hands-on proficiency with ERAS and RCRP readiness reporting systems, Advanced Skills Management, and the ability to independently evaluate command and individual readiness in support of Deployment Certification cycles. A second non-key position at the same qualifications level will also be filled; candidates interested in either position are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities

​Serve as the primary information conduit to Echelon V and VI Training Officers on training policy, TTPs, instructional methods, and plans.

Manage, review, and update training and readiness status for all assigned Echelon V and VI units of action in ERAS.

Author Naval message drafts for readiness communication up and down the echelon chain.

Serve as Subject Matter Representative (SMR) for Deployment Certification cycles, evaluating command, unit, and individual readiness.

Provide quality assurance oversight of training pipelines for incoming Sailors; deliver guidance to Echelon V N7 staff and training managers.

Coordinate with Echelon V N7 on range and facility scheduling to enable efficient OFRP progression.

Deliver monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual training performance reports to MESG ONE N7 leadership.

Conduct analysis of Naval Reserve manpower and Individual Augmentee assignments for pre-mobilization training in support of GFM readiness production.

Minimum Qualifications:
​

Active SECRET clearance at time of proposal submission.
-
At least 15 years of operational, training, and readiness experience with warfare qualification, preferably within expeditionary/MESF communities.

At least 3 years of RCRP/ERAS experience.

Proficiency in Advanced Skills Management (ASM).

MS Office Suite proficiency.

Strong oral and written briefing skills for engagement with MESF and community of interest leadership.

Desired Qualifications:

​Fluency with civilian or governmental AI tools.

Prior MESF unit-level training officer experience.

Location: NOLF Imperial Beach, CA CONUS/OCONUS travel required
​
Salary Range: $88,000 - $115,000 DOE
Contract: N0024426R3107 - MESG ONE Force Generation Professional Support Services
Period of Performance: Base: 1 Sep 2026 - 31 Aug 2027, with four option years
